Comments and Newsletter
All comments on products will be monitored and displayed at the sole discretion of UMMI Solutions. Patrons who receive the UMMI Solutions newsletter may be removed from the email newsletter list upon request or at the company’s discretion.
By completing and submitting an electronic order form, you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by UMMI Solutions, will result in a binding contract. Please note that products will not be sent (or links to online products) until your payment has been authorized. Orders will not be accepted without payment authorization and the company will not be liable if there is a delay due to this.
After an order is placed, the patron will receive an email acknowledging and confirming the order.
Orders will not be accepted if (and not limited to):
- Products are not in stock
- The payment is not authorized
- There is an error in regards to availability
- The order was canceled by the customer
Returning products after sending
Products may not be returned after they have been shipped. If there is an issue with an item, the customer must contact customer service within seven days of receipt to resolve.
Pricing and payment
Prices throughout the website are quoted in U.S. dollars, and payment can only be accepted in this currency. Packing and delivery costs, if any, will be added to the total price of your purchase.
While every effort is made to ensure that the products displayed are currently available at the price shown, this cannot always be guaranteed. If products ordered are unavailable or the details have changed, the customer will be notified as soon as possible. In regards to a price change, the customer will only be charged with the price shown at the time the order was placed.
The patron’s payment card will be debited at the time the order is placed. By submitting an online order with UMMI Solutions, you expressly agree not to request a ‘charge back’ of any fees or payments for said orders, and that no dispute with UMMI Solutions will be raised with or adjudicated by the credit card company. Rather, UMMI Solutions should be contacted directly to resolve the issue or obtain a refund.
Discounts will be calculated at checkout before any postage or packaging charges are applied.
Please see individual product sales pages for information about delivery and shipping charges, where applicable. For products that require shipping, an email will be sent as soon as the order has been shipped.
Once payment has been authorized, it is marked for processing and shipment. If the item(s) in the order are in-stock, they will be shipped as soon as possible from the UMMI Solutions warehouse; If the item(s) are out of stock, they will not be shipped until the warehouse has received and processed the back-ordered inventory. Note: Backordered items may take 5-7 days or longer for manufacturing.
Total Time for Delivery
Total time for delivery includes payment authorization, order processing, and transit. This can range from 3 to 10 days for in-stock items. Backordered items may take up to 3 weeks for delivery or longer.
Shipping and Handling
The customer will be responsible for any shipping and charges applied to all non-digital products placed with UMMI Solutions. In no event shall UMMI Solutions or any of its affiliates be liable for any loss or damage during shipment.
Changes to Terms & Conditions for buying products online
UMMI Solutions reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at their discretion. If this happens, the new Terms & Conditions will be posted on the shop to notify consumers. Any customer who does not wish to be governed by the revised Terms & Conditions should not place any further orders.
